ok, so i just got my 1.5 chip i have the program to flash it, i get to the point where you are supposed to click write...windows opens up box and tries to get me to open a file, which file do i look for or do i just write something in there...thanks for the help

You need to flash the chip with a hacked bios from xbins. Do a search.
