I just updated my HD. Everything works fine but its just like retail XBOX. I dont have splinter cell on me right now so I just want to know what happened.

what do you mean by UPDATED my Hdd?

He probably means he updated his dash with the Xbox Live updates. Your going to have to redo the softmod if thats the case (I think thats all you have to do)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you have to reinstall it. I made a copy of my original softmodded HD on to a new one, and still had to reinstanll the mod. All the steps went instantly though, as if it was detecting the files were already there, and skipping it. I think the reason for this (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong here,) is that the mod hides some files on the C drive, even when using boXplorer or FTP'ing in.
