I have a 1.6b xbox which is a real pain . But nevermind. I was wondering I have an XBIT chip and noticed that you have to rebuild the lpc. Now I looked and im not a great solderer so is it possible to use the Xecuter LPC Rebuild PCB for 1.6 Consoles board to rebuild the lpc? I noticed that the Xecuter doesnt include the L frame connection as per XBITS diagram, Can I just solder a wire from the D0 to the point mentioned in the dagram and use the LPC board for the rest?

Because the xbit has 6x2 pinheader pogos, im not certain that the rebuild board would work. Just look at the rebuild board (or a picture of it) and see if the points it joins are the same as the points shown in the xbit LPC rebuild diagram.

I would also reccomend ditching (or selling) the xbit in favour of a DuoX2, or an X2CE which would make the whole installation alot easier.
