I know this may make me sound like a tool, but I`m halfway through SA, and I still haven`t sussed out how to dual wield weapons. I`m at full weapon skill level for all the applicable weapons, such as sawn off shotgun, and can`t work out how to get it working. I`ve tried pressing the left trigger when over the weapon, buying a shedload of ammo at ammunation, but no luck.

you must get your gun level to hitman

hit offers more precise accuracy, amongst more goodies... depending on weapon

you do this with practice, and use

keep using your gun, killing people or going to the shooting range (my preference)

turf wars are the best way to get hitman.

What guns do I need hitman on to dual wield, I already got hitman level on the SMG and the M4.

Got dual wielding on most of my weapons, need to do some killing with the desert eagle.

Btw what happens when I complete the shooting range at ammunation and how many weapons do I have to go through to complete it?

I never really did all the shooting ranges because I had enough weapon skill from turf wars, but I believe all it does is up your skill and count towards 100% completion.

I've done also shooting ranges well 12 out of 12 and have hitman for everything, however RPG, sniper rifle and the knife dont get levels. I got most of mine in gang wars.
The following weapons can be dual wielded:

9mm
Sawn off Shotgun
M4
Tec9
SMG
Micro SMG

However i have never had the combat shotgun, so unsure. Shooting with headshots, lights and car tyres also give good rep's if pulling off in one shot each.

Gang wars work wonders for hitman levels. Desert eagle should be dual wielded. But I guess it's too powerful. Melee weapons have no skill levels. I have reached hitman on all available weapons

The following can be dual wielded
Pistol
Sawed off shotgun
MicroSMG
Tec9



The sheer kickback of an M4 without a second arm to support it would blow your shoulder off. Same with an SMG.

Hitman levels on the rest of the weapons just improve accuracy, damage, and movement while aiming with the weapon.

Either get a pistol and go into the Cop shop in los santos, or buy a hell of alot of ammo for one of the duelwielding weapon of your choice and go on a killing spree in the police station, and you'll be hitman in no time

Most easy way is to just buy a lot of ammo then go into a parking lot and shoot at parked cars. After all the cars have exploded run a little round around a building or something and the cars will be back. Now do the same thing all over again. This way you will get no wanted stars and it will save ya a lot of time.

btw, the M4, AK47, SMG, silenced 9mm, and the Desert Eagle CAN be dual wielded, it just requires a mod of the weapons.cfg file.
