Because I love the UnleashX Dashboard so much, I decided I should show my thanks in some way, so I fired up 3ds Max and came up with this. The logo is the same one mkjones made (that's the official one, right?) because it rocks on multiple levels. The audio for some reason on the box is a little more quiet than it is on the PC, I'm not sure why, but I put a lot of effort into it, so check it out please! =)

kewl i'm downloading this file as i type.well i'm a lil new to unleashX i love the dash so i do need to ask a n00b question were do i put the file at and is there any special settings i need to add for this?thanks for the help.

Sweet looks good at first read though I thought you totaly redid the logo in 3d studio

All you have to do to enable it is put this line in your skin of choice:



Where the E:\dashboard\Intro.wmv can be the path to where you put the movie.

(I put the line between </information> and <filemanager> just for reference)

And now that you mention a 3d logo Jezz, there is a lot of tweaking I could do to the movie to make it better, I might do something of the sort. Plus I need to fix the camera at the end (the position of the earth was suited so that it could fade into a 360-ish type logo, but in the end I really wanted to use mkjones's).

hey Kedohin, do u think you could make another one, but without the music?

I really like your intro vid but can't bare the thought of techno music every time I startup my xbox.

BTW does anyone know of any good sites with lots of intro vids........so I can pick and choose. I checked out the site hosting Kedohins vid, but there was only about 6 or 7 more. I'm kinda hoping for more.

Sorry about the music, I know not everyone likes that kind of stuff.

Thanks for not taking my opinion too harshly.....

I tried the Enableaudio="false" and it didn't work.

What I wouldn't mind is either no sound, or just sound effects...... i think you could have an explosion sound for the very beginning, then just use your imagination I guess.
