EDIT:Forget it my xbox is toast its never coming back

If your xbox will still boot slayers (or backup games) you havn't deleted the softmod and have a virtual C active.

Check the readme from ur softmod installer, this SHOULD tell you where your dashboard needs to be. then place the dashboard on that spot (AFAIK, krayzies installers always use E:\dashboard\default.xbe)

Edit: WTF.. that was fast. But seriously, unless your xbox now frags on boot (or doesn't power on) it can probably be fixed within a few hours at max. (error 7 is fucked aswell, but that aside)

No i can still play games but thats it. I have no dash I have no soft mod. The only other thing i could do is get a chip witch isnt going to happen.

Does anyone know of a place in the u.s. that will fix your box after what i did or let you trade in one? i would greatly appreciate it and if possible it be in Michiagan but anywhere is a good place.

just send it out to someone on x-s for repair, theres lots of people who do that, i could have it fixed in like 20 mins
