Ive learned by simpley replacing a JPEG in the skins folder and naming the replaced one the same as the previous I can make what ever "desktop" I choose (Xecuter 3, using Evox dash)

It also seems I can create new skins without having to replace any.

How can I make an animated one work. It only recognizes JPEG. Here is my INI file

SkinName "RuDeDuDe V3","RuDeDuDe2"

[Skin_RuDeDuDe2]
Text = 30,130,0.5,0x000000,0,"<Time>"
Text = 28,132,0.5,0x808080,0,"<Time>"
Text = 620,420,0.5,0x000000,1,"<Name> V<Version>"
Text = 618,422,0.5,0x808080,1,"<Name> V<Version>"
Text = 620,150,0.5,0x000000,1,"<CD>"
Text = 618,152,0.5,0x808080,1,"<CD>"

LogoType= 3
Main = "\skin\RuDeDuDe2\RuDeDuDe_Part2.gif"

BarColor1 = 0x008000
BarColor2 = 0x808080
BarAlpha = 0.5
MenuColor1 = 0x808000
MenuColor2 = 0x800000

If you haven't already got them, checnk out eh EvoX Skin Creator and EvoX Skinner here

I still don't think they support animation yet.

If you are talking about the rotating logo then it is embedded, you can make is smaller by changing the value in "LogoType = 0" but you can not alter it that I am aware of.

to make it easy just convert the .gif to a new filename.jpeg. walah.
Chancer
To make it easier to be seen where it belongs, moving to the correct section for this.

blink.gif That would just defeat the entire purpose of it being a .gif

Jpegs arent animated
