i read the tutorial on the official site but i dont get it it says to copy they system folder and the default.xbe but they didnt come in the rar file i got from their official site. can someone please help me the reason i softmodded me xbox was so i could stream videos to my xbox from my pc

You only downloaded the source code thats why.
You need to obtain it from the usual places
