Okay, I cut out the 3 and 4 ports and moved them over to the left side above 1 and 2. i want to put in a LCD screen on the right but now there is a hole that is too low to use for anything...Will bondo be able to fill that hole...it's a good size hole? does anyone use that hole...seem too low and to the left to be useful..

Cut the hole for the screen out where you want it, and then move some of the plastic you cut to fill that hole, and epoxy and bondo it into place. That's what I would do, anyways.
