xo with softmodded xbox there is no way to fix error 16?
i cant belive i need to buy a newharddrive because MS locked that gay thing

(Not positive what Err16 is but still...) Didn't backup your EEPROM? If you did I believe xboxhdm could be the solution.
Edit: XO? What's that?

you can still hotswap even with error 16

well if you dont have a backup of your eeprom on your PC youll have to either hotswap or install a modchip
