When you enable a trainer and save/exit Do you then just start your game or do you have to reboot then start the game as normal.
Secondly, do the trainers still work on HD games or do they have to be CD?

1) do not reboot, just go back to launch game option after you save and exit.
2) Yes HDD games work also.

I can't seem to get a GTA San Andreas trainer to work.
Other trainers work but none so far I've seen for GTA SA.
