Install Dvd2Xbox
Or source a copy of Auto Installer Deluxe 2.11. Burn this to DVDR or CDRW usin your pc and favourite burning software (burn at slowest speed possible). Insert this into the Xbox and boot. Choose from an array of Dashboards and applications to install to your xbox which will allow you to do as you ask.
