Ok, so I have an error 13 on my modded XBOX, I used the restore option without the Slayer disc. If Im geussing correctly, that obly formatted my stock drives, and not my 120 GB drive. So in theory, could I buy a new Xbox, install my 120 Gb hardrive from other Xbox without losing all the Games, Roms, Pictures, Video, and Music I had saved on there? If so, could I get a link to a tutorial on how to do this correctly?

get a copy of your current eeprom and unlock your HDD. whenever you get a new xbox, backup that eeprom and lock the HDD with it through xboxhdm or your preferred tool.
why would you want to buy a new xbox? you could rebuild the C drive and fix your current xbox and save yourself a like 150 bucks.
