Within the article, I believe it states that Enchant Arm will be in the launch lineup for the Japan launch of the Xbox360.

Does anyone know if we will be getting the game here in North America at all or will it just be for Japan?

Other FromSoftware published titles have done okay/well in the States, so I wouldn't be surprised. Then again, it'll take more work to localize an RPG than say, the Tenchu or Armored Core games.

I haven't seen any non-Japan release info in the media, neither web or print, yet.

But there's a new minigame on the offical website...
