Ok I have the flash program and the bios on disc. My question is how to get them on the chip. I know with my computer its more of how do I open files and stuff like that. I plug in the usb and the chip and then what? Please help.......

Now that's funny.... did you managed to flash the chip?? Make sure you try it on different PC's. XP will give you a hard time.
