I just got an X-chip with the solderless adapter, I've taken the 1.6 piece off since I only have a V1.0. However, when I go to seat the Xchip onto the adapter, there are extra pins. Which pins do I not use? It seems that there are 3 extra pins, one single pin and a pair.

That's normal. The 1.6 adapter is compatible with other mod chips this is why the pin header is bigger.

Just allign pin #1 of the adaper to pin #1 of the X-chip/X-lite

You should have the missing pin (pin #16) and 3 other pins exposeed when the x-chip/x-lite is installed.
