I'm looking for a better way to sort my video library. Right now I sort by Genres, but the problem I have with that is I get repeats of same movie in different genres. Is their a way to prevent this from happening? The only solution I could come with is to create separate folders for each genre. When I do this though, it doesn't remember individual view settings. For example, I have my genre folders in a list view and when I open a genre folder I want the movies displayed in an Icons view, but instead it displays it in a list. Any way to correct this?

You know that XBMP is dead right?

Dead as in "Noone is working on it, and never will"...

What you ask i never use myself, but start using XBMC and a post about it in the XBMC forum would be the best way to get an answer.
