I have a friend who wants to transfer files through his xbox, his setup is

pc->HUB
xbox->hub
hub->cable internet

I tried mapping the network drive to the ftp server but it doesn't connect.
I changed the default gateway of the xbox to the pc's ip address and matching the 2 subnetmasks. In the tuts I haven't seen this configuration, has anyone got it to work?
