um im trying to edit my own decals but icant get the media folder and i cant find the tutorial liek it says in the tutorial to look on xboxscene for the tutorial to get hte .bin file


it says

First of all, you will need a copy of the original ‘decals.bin’ from the /media/ folder of your Forza game disk. Retrieve it from you console using your preferred method. If you are unaware how to do this, visit Xbox-Scene.com.

and i cant find the media folder or the tut for gettign the file thats what im saying and if you could help id apprecite it

Install soft-mod or mod-chip
Boot XBOX to 3rd party dashboard (with an FTP sever)
Pop the Forza DVD in the DVD DVD drive.
From a PC FTP client, connect to XBOX and surf to D:/Media/
Locate the 'decals.bin' file, and use the FTP client to transfer to the PC.

ok thanks i dont have ne money for mod chip ok nm then tahnks ne ways for the help

Er, use a soft-mod - they're free.

ok just look in the tuts i will (SOUNDS LIKE YODA) and i will try this out and try to endit my tings thanks and they arent free unless u got the game or save for it

Not true. The Hotswap method of installation only requires a PC.
(Which I assume you have and are using to read this post )

well i couldnt get the hotswap to work i know a whole lot about pc but not xbox and ive followed the tut on x scene here but i had no avail so im gonna give up
