is there anyway i can use someone elses drivatar on my profile cause i really dont fell like training another one takes to damn long anyone know how to load one from another profile

No there isnt...

Drivatars are not eeprom dependant. Therefore, yes you could copy the drivatar files to your box from another save and use it.

how do i know what to copy?

ive copyed a save from my memory car before to my xbox it will show up in the drivatar but when i go to use it in a game it wont work is there a way i can use it im not sure exactly what you meant
