What is the difference between Krazie Ndur installer PAL and NTSC for Splinter cell what does the NTSC mean and the PAL Mean ( there 2 different Installer Type)

NTSC is for NTSC region xbox's (North America)

PAL is for PAL region xbox's (Europe)
