I've got a problem with my xbox motherboard so I need to replace my motherboard (xbox restarts twice and frags the third time even without the chip installed).

The problem is that my XBOX is currently PAL, but I cannot find a PAL replacement board, but there are many NTSC boards available. My question is: Is it possible to make the NTSC board send a PAL signal?
