I downloaded Flashfxp have Evox on xbox and have a system link cable
and i have the skin i want downloaded now wha do i do from here

If it's set up like mine was when I first got it, just FTP the skin into your C:/Skins folder.

do i just connect a system link cable to the xbox and to the pc end send the .rar files to the c:/Skin folder or what

No, don't ftp the .rar files to C:/Skin. UnRar them first (using WinRAR), then ftp the skin folder (containing the skin.ini file and two .jgps) to C:/Skin.
