Ok I got xmltv to update fine. I noticed some people were having problems with SatTV being too big, so I just tried getting local channels just to see if it would work. Still cant get it to work, even with only 2 days of TV shows on just local channels. Listing.xml is only 362k. i run xmltv, it grabs the listings, then i upload listing.xml to xbmp folder. but when i go to TV guide in xbmp, it says No Channel File Available, Process listing.xml
Is there something I'm missing?

Nevermind, I figured it out, you have to put all the tvguide related files in a tvguide sub dir in the xbmp dir.

In my tv guide folder I only have the listing.xml, is there supposed to be a special header to the listing.xml file? And can you please post the contents of your config.xml in the tv guide folder so that I may make a copy of it?
Thanks

make sure in your config that it has the home directory pointing to the xbmp directory.

Has anyone gotten the tv_imdb function to work? How do you get it to "augment the listing.xml with imdb info"?

Suckdogg - Mark a film in Tv-Guide.
Then press the little white button and you will get the imdb rating after a few seconds

Yeah, I know about the white button thing, but somehow you're supposed to be able to get the imdb info added to the listing.xml (with xmltv), so it'll already be there, no additional downloading. Although you'd think with all the extra info the listing file would be enormous.
