I was just looking at the three new gameplay videos of Madden 06 360 and that alone will make you wanna get a 360. They Got It Right!!!!

I wasnt impressed with the three new videos. The reason being, it seemed abit choppy to me. I already have madden paid off but im not sure if I want it or not now. I really hope it was just the video that made it seem that way.

The game isnt looking as bad as i originally thought not bad not bad.

I downloaded them and watched them... still ran choppy on my desktop... probably because they were playing at 10400 kbps.... guess they didn't even try to reencode them at a smaller format... that's my guess as why they run choppy... I doubt M$ would let a game come out that offline runs that choppy...

No, but if you have had a kick ass PC for the past few years, you have already seen plenty of games with this caliber of graphics.

To me the only games i think that come close to those type of graphics would be FEAR,HL2, Doom3, Quake 4 maybe some other games. the video's look pretty good and these games are just first gen games cant wait to see when they start using the x360 full power.

that's the HD era for you. decoding is really processor intensive though. 10MBps shouldn't be that hard for your HDD to do unless you got a really really really old HDD. but if you did it prolly wouldn't have enough space to fit the video ;p

Not really, I mean up close it looks good, but from the normal gaming view its really over saturated and the players look plasticy.

Gamers sometimes can be the most critical ppl to satisfy...Old games like myself, D33z and a lot others can appreciate the evolution of gaming.

When I look at the footage of Madden 06 360 and even for the current gen, I get excited due to comparing it to it's predecessors like TECMO BOWL, JOE MANTANA, QB Club, Hell even back to the handheld footbal games that were mere red dots (but it was football).

Gamers of this generation tend to expect way more than they are willing to develop themselves. Please, take a look back when games like FFVII and Mario64 came out we were like oOh...Aah! but look at them now, they were good in there time but now we expect so much more....

BTW D33Z Ican't wait 'til 22NOV05 when I'm back on live....Probly play Madden 06, NFS: Most Wanted, H2, CoD and or PGR3

You must have an old computer because I just watched the videos and they're smooth as silk.

I'm quite impressed by them and i'm not even a football fan.
