Hello.

I just got myself GTA:SA. However, for some strange reason, my Xbox resets itself and not playing the game.

I have modded Xbox, and I'm thinking that could be the problem. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?? If I can't, I just wasted $49.99 for nothing...

It's not a waste, you still have the game.

However, if you're running Evox go to your settings and change the TSR. If that doesn't work, try turning IGR off. Remember to save and reboot. If none of that works, search the backup forum.
