ok so I've never really used linux before, but theres an app made for linux that I would really like to run on my xbox. It is a halo game editor and It is built around the GNOME interface. here is a link to the program Incompetence. I know halo discussion is not allowed but this focusses more on linux so i think it should be ok. Anyways which linux distribution should I use, and how would i get the GNOME interface running with this program?

Well if rendering is 3D based it wont work unless it's done in software since xbox linux only supports 2D.

its has nothing to do with 3d.

all you should need is gtk to run the app. not gnome in its entirety.
