I'm selling a Western Digital HDD.
Model number is WD2000. 8mb, 7200RPM.
I bought this from another member who bought it in July of 2004, and thus, is still under the WD 1 year warranty. It works sometimes, but you should be able to send it to WD for a free replacement.
First to paypal $55 to myscreennamesucks@hotmail.com takes it!
Also, I have the following games. All are complete and mint, unless otherwise noted.
Let's say $15 shipped for one, $25 for two, $35 for 3, and $40 for 4! (Unless price otherwise noted)
007 Everything or Nothing
007 Nightfire (Not greatest hits!)
Crimson Skies
ESPN 2k5 Football -$10
Halo 1 (If I can find my second or third copies...ha)
Jet Set Radio Future(Disc Only) -$5
Mechassault (Greatest hits version)
Morrowwind (No instructions, comes with map, though)
Pro Race Driver
Project Gotham Racing (Disc has light scratches, still plays fine) -$5
Project Gotham Racing 2
Splinter Cell
Star Wars: KOTOR
True Crime (Disc only) -$5
Total on all games is $160. I'll take $100 OBO for all 14 shipped. That's $6.78 a game!!!(minus shipping)
I've also got a couple of controllers laying around:
1 Duke controller-Great condition, minus hole in jewel paper...plastic is intact
Mint Airflo controller
Maybe some more dukes...i'm gonna have to see what I got.
I can do chip installs, casemods, LED installs, paintjobs, etc, etc. Any system, not only Xbox. Check my signature for some of my work.
I may be interested in some trades, depending on what you got. Here's what I need
Large capacity HDD
Xbox, modded, or no. If modded, must be chipmodded, and able to go on XBL. 100-120 GB HDD, or i'll put one in myself.
Miscellaneous paintballing stuff- I need a barrel for sure.
DVD burner

I'm confused on a couple points.. are you saying that you want 55, or that's what they sell for? I'm seeing that they sell for about 70 shipped, so 55 is less than what they sell for.. maybe I misread something
Also, you say that it was bought in July 2004, and thus should be covered by WD 1 year warranty - my calendar says that thats about 4 months too late. Maybe check the receipt and make sure you didn't mean july 2005? You do have the receipt don't you? They won't do warranty claims withough receipt since they have different warranties for different vendors AND they don't warrant products that are not sold through their list of vendors (according to their site).
You said that it works sometimes... what does it do other times? Spin/clunk/spark/smoke? Is it possible that its something that spinrite can fix?
Anyhow.. I'm vaguely interested depending on what we're talking about here... (maybe I was up too late last night...)

I'm sorry...I wasn't clear.
Yes, I only want $55 shipped.
You are correct. Drive was purchased July of 2005.
I just was told it "didn't work all of the time, but would boot up after a couple of tries". I'll hook it up right now, actually, and verify this.

If you are looking to sell it quick . You can actually cross ship the hard drive for warranty replacement .
Meaning you give them a CC number and model number on drive and they ship you a new one ( about 1 to 2 bizz days ) then they give you 5 bizz days to return ship the busted drive to them before they charge your CC .
They do thid so people can pull their data off the drive before returning it . So basically within 2 days you could have working drive in box that you could sell for a lot more .

Wow, youve taken an unattractive bulky box and made it even bulkier and less attractive

i bet it would sell better if it was all one color instead of that fading crap.
It looks like your case top doesnt close properly either, is this because of the larger fans??Anyways, dont take any of this personally as im just razzin ya

I happen to think the shaved box is pretty damn sexy. One color would have been boring. If you don't like the color, repaint it

Sorry...that thread is old...if you look on the last page of the thread, everything was fixed and working. Something was preventing it from turning on, but I obviously got everything figured out. So, no electrical problem anymore.
When I took that picture, I just set the top on. The top closes perfectly

It would be difficult to find a completely working stock xbox for $80, much less one with dozens of hours put into a custom case...I was looking for a bit more than that.
