I have sarched and nothing has helped ive had someone helping me hotswap for about 2 hours yesterday and the i hotswapped it monday still cant get the HD unlocked. Any help greatly appreciaited. And no i dont have a modchip and cant get one.

Its all down to timing the swap and unfortunately no tutorial can help with that the tutorial only gives you the bullets, you have to fire the gun.
