This seems like it may be a newb question, but I have an installed xecuter 2.3 lite, turns on fine, but when i use a known good slayers dvd to load up, it wont boot from the DVD drive, it goes straight to error 6.. I have read alot on explanations on error 6, but still dont know why it wont boot up slayers dvd to fix it.. any ides?

original owner of xbox thought the mothrboard was dead.. could this be the case?

Have you put a diffrent hard disk in ?

Its a hard disk issue, are you sure the chip is working fine ?

Chip and Hard drive work perfect in xbox 1, but when i move them to identical xbox 2, it goes straight to error 06.. same xbox version, same solderless adapter etc...


**also note the xbox when unmodded, went straight to error 6**
