I went to a local game store and worker actually went to the back and sold me PGR3... From what I know their not supposed to sell them but I got it... and if anyone cares to see the booklet let me know and i'll make a PDF file from them and post it up....

Games are on shelves and are available to the public, take pics if ya want though.
