My friend (again) has a question... On the older contrllers that are big, how can u get the jewel off the safest? (If there's only one way tell em that too) He wants to change the part that says XBOX behind it.. Just doesnt know how to get the jewel off.

with a screw driver, lol. Maybe even a pin so you dont scratch your jewel up.

Take the controller apart and hold just the top half like you were going be playing a game.  Just twist the top part like you were wringing out a towel and just work it back and forth.  Eventually the glue that holds the dome in place will break loose and the dome will come out.  The logo underneath is just a piece of paper.
