i cant read it till i get home tonight, what score did it get?

From when i played it a month ago i knew this game was gonna be great. Im glad it all turned out good and for that i had to scoop it up this morning.
So for launch i know have:


Condemned (picked up)
Madden 2006 (picked up)
Kameo (picked up)
PGR 3 (picked up)
Pefect Dark Zero (picking up Sat)

im only getting one game for launch and this is gonig to be it. ill pick up CoD2 a week later and hopefully soon after that DoA4. the only think i take serious from reviews are the technical reports of the graphics.

Not me man i like to have a little more flavor of games (its great to show off to your friends who are ps3 fan boys). I have 1 sports game , a racing game, an adventure game, a solid fps game , and since there wasnt a fighting game at launch i picked up condemned since i also wanted it.

Dont get me wrong call of duty 2 is hot but i have a nice pc that runs it on max without any drops in frame rate that would make it unplayable so i picked it up for pc due to being able to play again more people online instead of just 8 on 360

Is it a little suspicious that all these launch games are getting high 8 scores?

nah when i played this game i would of given it a solid 8.5 the game draws u in and u dont want to put the controler down. only dull part of the game is the begining where u are learning the controls

Most of the time, most reviewing websites do this to leave room for "improvement" for the rest of the consoles lifespan. Of course, some launch games in history got nines, but the scoring isn't anywhere as easy-going as the end of a generation. When you look at the top-rated games 4 years from now, they want to show you that there are many other games than you might know about. Making condemned be at a 9.3, kameo at a 9.1, and Cod2 at a 9.5 will make future games like Gears of war, which might be at around 9.6, to look NOT MUCH BETTER than an old launch title. I'm not saying that this is how all games are rated, but it is taken into consideration.
Can't wait till PD0 reviews. Even though the game doesn't interest me, it'd be interesting to see some reviews.

Just picked it up today and cant wait to play it, but i guess i have no choice!

Actually I meant they were too good of reviews, hopefully boosting sales for MS.
