As far as I know yes... HOWEVER I cannot be 100% sure. Some of these drives came from refurbished xbox's. I know the OWNER of the xbox that had the tsop was for sure NOT EVER on live ...
But there is NO way that I know of to tell if the person who owned it BEFORE refurbishing was ever on live (they could have been)
Also people get used boxes. Again no way to know.


Now does it only matter if this hard drive was BANNED? because I can at least say they are not banned that I know 100%.
