It's that mod that lights up an LED whenever you have a controller plugged in. I have the Xbox part all done, but to my dismay, realized he did this mod with a King controller. So can this be done with an S-Controller? And if so, what two points do I need to connect?

It can be any controller really. Just solder the yellow wire to ground.

But what point do I need to solder from? I don't really understand this mod so I can't improvise. All I can do is "Solder point A to point B", you know.

Do you mean the wires on the flip side, right where the cord meets the controller's board? So I should just cut the yellow and link it to the black?

It's a little confusing cause the pic that guy posted looks like he did something different.

Nm, upon closer inspection I get what you are saying. All I did was splotch a little solder in-between the two wire points scince they are right next to each other. Thanks for the help.
