Hey, I was wondering if I could replace my LED in my eject button with ones with these specs?

Yep...just make sure they are 3mm.

Yes like he said they must be 3mm, when u put in make sure the connections are good, i have noticed a few times i have done it the connectiones werent right so i had to go through and fix, here is a good site lsdiodes.com they are pretty reasonably priced there.

It'll work. Just about any 3mm LED will work. The only "cheap" LEDs that exist out there are radioshack LEDs. I got some from futurlec and experimented on a spare eject/power PCB and they worked fine. Bi-color led's look great. A blue/red one would look nice.
