dry.gif blink.gif What?

You obviously have no clue what the hell you're doing.

You can't flash a BIOS if you don't have a MODCHIP.

A stock xbox can't read slayer's 2.6 so I'm guessing you had a softmod & decided to try installing apps & stuff using Slayer's. Am I correct?

Ya it was soft modded and i was wanting to upgrade current software wich there was no way in the settings to do an upgrade .
As you said slayers seems to only be for mod chips .
Basicaly i am downloading aid version 2.11 now because it is supposed to have the soft mod with it .
The whole reson for my exparamenting on this box is because of some game glitches .
Basically i have some games that either freeze out of the blue but happens ofton . Or in another case tony hawk's american wasteland . I have 2 copys of tony hawk both different backups and they both seem to lock up in the same spot while in story mode .
So basically i am trying to change the whole box over to a different soft mod . To see if it will cure some of my problems . Yes i have made backups and even screwed my hard drive once and restored it . Thankfully to this site and my insistance of backups . As for aid version 2.11 i hope this will help solve some of my probs . Also one other problem i get is high temps like the thermostat bounces around from 33 to like 200 then drops back to 33 .
