Ok well im having trouble connecting to xbc, my setup is like this.
My cable (internet) is hooked up to a linksys wireless router, which splits off the my PC through a RJ45 cable, and my laptop is connected wirelessly (802.11b/g LAN). Im trying to play XBC downstairs, by connecting my laptop to my xbox with a crossover cable. XBC wont detect my xbox. I dont even know if its possible to do what im trying to do but if anyone could help me or just tell me no it isnt possible thatd be great thank ya.

on your laptop...bridge your wireless connection with your local area connection...plug your crossover cable from your laptop to you xbox..wait a couple seconds for the brige to connect and obtain an ip...then wallllllaa internet activity
