Playing my little brother today in Madden 06 on his Gamecube, I was Colts, he was Steelers....

The kid blitzes to the end of the world. He sends 7 guys in after my QB, and the other 4 are in zone. I can't throw it long, cuz I don't have time... Can't run, cuz there aren't any holes.

I know that if, in real life, a team lined up in Goal-line Zone on the 50 yard line, they'd get burnt.

Can anyone recomend any plays, for when my 360 gets back from repair tomarow, that I can burn him with when we play Madden 06 on my 360?

I'm guessing I've gotta set up some kind of screen, but I don't have the most time in the world....

Also, I'd like to make this my audible when I read blitz against the CPU.

Any sure-fire way to stop a blitz? If not, I can't understand why I don't send everyone in on every play...

run it right up the middle, use someone that can blast right through like Shaun Alexander or Priest Holmes.

Hot routes kill blitzes. Change any passing play to short "ins" and "outs" with the hot route option. But if he is blitzing every time, you could just call short crossing passing patterns, West Coast Offense style. Delay runs (draw plays) up the middle should work as well.

Easy. Since there blitzing do quick slants. Get the ball of real quick.

Play action Passing. These only work if you run the ball first though.

I dont think he will have enough time to even get out of the pocket.

Try some quick outs over the middle, if you are getting blitz alot you really dont have much time to get rid of the ball. Hold down your passing button to "zip" the pass into the receiver, if you "tap" it, it will loft and you most likely will get intercepted. Also, try running the quarterback sneak, I have broken some good yards on this, and it really pisses of whoever your playing. Though the qb sneak seems to work better on the regular xbox version, it still can work on the 360 decently, aslo works very well for two point conversions. Lastly, don't forget to hold down left trigger to lock on to your reciever.

Pick the falcons. There will be seam up the middle. Have Vick just run then dive so he doesnt get hurt.
