When i went to go turn it on it seemed like everything was good but i couldnt get a picture on my tv. After tryin many different hookups, i would just get the 4 red lights on the box. I would unplug the cable then plug it back in, the green lights would come back on but no picture still. So i phoned MS and they said its probably the cable, has anyone else had this happen. It sux now because I can exchange it for another one, but there all sold out where i got it.

i dont feel like going through the hasle of sending it back to them and them repairing it. I paid like 560 for it and want a brand new one, not one that needs to be fixed. plus if i move it around, it sounds like theres a piece moving around inside.

If you got the premium edition with the HD video cables, make sure the switch on the cables is set to composite and not to HD.

From what I've read MS$ has been replacing them, not fixing them, and the turnaround is < 1 week. SEND IT TO MS$
