so i played farcry for a good 4 hours yesterday before happily turning off my xbox for the day. Much to my surprise this morning when trying to load my game.. it set me back all the way to the second level area. Has anyone else had this problem? Something i noticed is this game (which is ripped to my hdd & running evox) creates cache files (which i have been told to keep clearing or problems will arise) every time i load it. Is there anyway to disable cache files from ever being created? help?

if i clear cache when i start up xbox it worked for my profile, however today i did the same for my roomie, and every time he dies it sends him to the beginning of the level he died in.. anyone had related problems with far cry? (on a modded xbox mind you)
