I was wondering on the easiest way to swith out hard drive from my xobx. i have the version 1.1 xbox modded with the xbit modchip and running executor (i think) i am also runnig the slayer program. i currently have a 60 gig hard drive on the xobx and i want to replace it with a 120 gig seagate that i just purchased, but i want to transfer all my games and also game data to the new hard drive. please advise on the safest and most complete way to get all of the files off the 60 gig onto the 120 gig thanks for everyones help on this topic in advance.

The best way is to FTP the files to your PC, install the new hard drive, and FTP them from PC to hard drive.

The quickest way will be to back up your applications and gamesaves, prep the new drive with XBoxHDM, and and then re-rip your games. You can then FTP your apps and saves to the new drive.
