also do you think it would look good with blue jewle light and controller port lghts in blue as well?

yea it would look good if done properly, but the white with blue leds is a very over done look in my opinion.

Looks like a blue cold cathode to me. Go to a comp store and get a fan with one.

That's definitely a blue cathode, which appears a little bit lighter than LEDs. You won't match that color EXACTLY with LEDs, but get some blue ones and it will be the best you'll get.

The LED Fader in my shop will fade LEDs in a PC, or anything with +5V.

For spraypaint, I recommend Krylon Fusion. Glossy white if you want to do that, or Nickel Shimmer if you want to do a silver/black combo.
