Anyways, the point of the story was that they are trying to develop a chip that will force the xbox to read the copied games. So if they do, then yes we will be able to play copied games.

don't flame him because he's Norweigan. Nobody actually knows if this story is legitimate or not because spong has been known to release news stories that aren't exactly credible. Alot of people doubt whether this is true or not and nobody will know for sure untill they atleast give us some pics. As for my opinion, I don't fully believe it because everybody has been talking about how complex the security is on the 360 and it seems like it would take more than a month for someone to have already cracked it. But on the other hand, there is a LOT of money to be made on the first 360 modchip so all of the major modchip companies are working around the clock trying to get the first chip available to the public. I would suggest just waiting until one is released and has been tested and reviewed by several credited resources (such as xbox-scene).
All in all, it's up to you whether to believe it or not.

I really don't think that anybody here would flame somebody because they're Norwegian. Because they're somehow blinded, yes, but not because of their nationality.
