the yellow video output that is connected to the tv does not work. The red and white connectors are working, however, so i can hear it. There is nothing wrong with the cord becausei have two original xbox A/V cords and i bought a new one to see if that was the problem, but the picture came on for a few minutes and then disappeared again. Is there any way i can fix it without sending it back to XBOX for them to fix?

I would suggest looking under video game in the phone book and looking for a repair shop, or checking the thread here for modders in your area and see if one of them would like the job. before I would send it to micro shaft.

but in answer it your question yeah it probably can be fixed, if nothing else change the motherboard I would assume..
