I have a Modded xbox and i was trying to watch some High Resolution video = HDTV content bascially, off my hard drive. I have all my settings set up and i am using the Monster Component cables. When i watch a HD Video off XBMC i see some boxes and the background and the picture is not HDTV but the resolution is there, i dunno is my hardrive is too slow and not feeding the info fast enough of what? anyone having these problems and is there a way to fix it ? Thanks

I don't think the xbox has the processing power or the ram to handle real HDTV.

The XBOX is a 700MHz Pentium. HDTV takes more than that to display I believe.
