Ive been playing Hexic Hd since launch and although i enjoy it, i was unable to fully enjoy it being as i am color blind. I was going through the options the other day only to discover that you can put shapes inside of the jewels so that they are now distinguishable by something else then color. Hopefully this will help other color blinds(if theres any out there) who cannot fully enjoy this game.

Yeah, my friend is color blind too....Thats awesome I'll tell him that so that he can play it.

I find it easier to play with the symbols on.

I recognize the different characters better than the different colors.

im not colorblind, but some of the bombs colors look really hard to notice when all of a sudden a new color comes out

The only time i have problems still is when a bomb or star piece comes out because then the shapes arent there to help me. but still a huge difference.

i'm not colorblind and its still kind of a bitch deciding which color the bombs go with, that orange bomb does not look anything like the orange blocks

my girl plays this dumb game....i rather race/fight/shoot ..not really into tetris type games

have you even tried it? i think hexic and geometry wars are the top two XLA games
