i have just installed my xbit chip, went in ok but having trouble flashing the dam thing.

i have used the m8 bios, executer 2 bios,evox bios and i have used various size bioses

the only thing the xbox front light does is flash green twice and then flash red and green

Is there any one out there that could help ????????????

I'm no expert but through my experiences I've noticed that the D0 has to have a good connection. With a flashlight make sure you line up the D0 point with the pogopin. Also, make sure you have the dip switches ajusted accordingly. When I first instlled my chip I was looking at the external board upside down. I hope this helps you out.

Yeh, in the xbit program look in the bottom right at the dip switch settings and set the switches on the external board accordingly.
