Good news is, paypal cancelled my transaction because apparently his email was not working or something. So, no loss for me there. Anywho, again, I wandered to the land of the unknown in search of another Xbox, hehe... And of course the specs that I required are still the same which are:

Chip : any will do, but preferably and x3ce

HDD size : 160 or more, but not less than 160

Cosmetically : in great shape

Functionality : working, of course
