I have unlockes 7 costumes total for kasumi all in the normal difficulty. then I played an extra time under the same difficulty without unlocking anything so i bumped the difficulty level up and played again and nothing was unlocked. I tried it on "very Hard" themn too and still no more costumes to unlock. Do we only get 7 cotumes for each person in this new game!? WTF!

7 costumes per character is quite a few already but you could always try unlocking costumes for other characters.

I like kasumi too but give the other characters a shot and you will find the ever elusive nudie costume!

Last I checked, the game is called DOA 4, not DOA 4 Ulitmate.

Be happy with 7 and move on to unlocking other characters costumes.

I completed story mode with her, and it gives you the 3rd, but how about the other 4?

beat it again for another costume.

Different difficulties dont give you more costumes.
More and more ppl here need to start checking GameFAQs more often.

I've heard that beating story mode yields a certain number and then playing survival and time attack yields another batch... but I haven't confirmed it yet. Back to DOA!

The characters that are available in story mode, theire costumes can be unlocked by beating story mode(1 costume per times you beat it). all other characters costumes are unlocked in timed and survival. CONFIRMED!

The last boss on very hard didn't seem to get any harder actually. Just all the other characters leading up to it. As for the only 7 costumes, I just heard a rumor that there may be some free on live marketplace and that they weren't in the game due to the size it already took up. nothing in the marketplace yet though, it is still early.
